I build SEO analytics processes, monitor key KPIs, and translate insights into clear optimization initiatives. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
I work closely with product, engineering, content, brand, and growth teams to ensure SEO considerations are integrated throughout all digital touchpoints. - Content & Authority Development:
I guide our content strategy, develop topical authority, and lead initiatives around link-building and brand visibility. - Innovation & Competitive Insight:
I stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to maintain and strengthen our competitive edge. - Operational Leadership:
I recruit, mentor, and manage internal team members, freelancers, and agency partners as the SEO team grows. - Founder-Level Contribution:
As a founder, I support the broader company strategy—including product vision, go-to-market planning, partnerships, and fundraising—bringing SEO-driven insights to shape our growth trajectory.
